Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • We process orders only after receiving full advance payment and confirmation of artwork from the client. We do not commence production until we have received both payment and approval.

Shipping Locations:

  • We offer shipping services across India. Deliveries are made to both urban and remote locations.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of receiving full advance payment and confirmed artwork approval.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Customers can choose their preferred shipping method during checkout.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order. Customers can view shipping costs at the checkout before finalizing their purchase.

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and chosen shipping method. We provide tracking information to customers to monitor the delivery status of their order.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost Shipments:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments once they have been dispatched for delivery. However, we will assist customers in tracking down the shipment and liaising with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Return & Exchange Policy

Client Approval Responsibility:

  • We proceed with production only after receiving confirmation of artwork from the client. It is the client's responsibility to review and approve the artwork for accuracy before production begins.

No Returns or Refunds for Client Errors:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds if errors are not detected by the client during the approval process. Once the client has approved the artwork, we are not responsible for any errors or discrepancies.

Payment Policy:

  • Full advance payment is required before we process any order. Remaining payments can be settled post-delivery, as per agreed terms.

Client's Wrong Approval:

  • If the client approves incorrect artwork, we are not responsible for any resulting errors in the final product. In such cases, no returns or refunds will be provided.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If the product is received damaged or defective, the client must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
